What we collect
Account info (name, email, optional firm details), submission content, payment info processed by Stripe, and basic usage logs (IP, browser, request paths).
How we use it
To run the Platform, deliver submissions to destination publications, bill paid features, secure accounts, and improve the product.
Who sees your data
Editorial teams at destination publications you select. Service providers we use (Supabase, Stripe, our email relay). We do not sell your data.
Retention
Submissions are retained for the life of your account. Trashed items are purged 30 days after move-to-trash. Account deletion is available on request.
Cookies
Session cookies (Supabase auth), CSRF tokens, and limited analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
Access, correction, export, and deletion are available on request via [email protected]. California, EEA, and UK residents have additional rights under CCPA / GDPR / UK GDPR; we honor those.
Security
TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to [email protected].
