1. Acceptance
By creating an account on distribution.relevantmediaproperties.com (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any organization you represent. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account.
3. Content rights and license
You retain ownership of all press releases, copy, images, and attachments you submit ("Submissions"). You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant the rights below.
By submitting, you grant Relevant Media Properties and each destination publication you select a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to reproduce, edit, summarize, translate, and publish the Submission, and to use your name, organization name, and logo in connection with that publication. You may withdraw a Submission by pausing it from your dashboard; published copies prior to pause may remain in editorial archives.
You will not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that you do not have permission to distribute.
4. AI rewriting
Each destination publication may rewrite your Submission in its editorial voice using automated tools and human editors. You acknowledge that the Submission may be paraphrased, condensed, or expanded. The factual substance you provide is your responsibility; editorial tone is ours.
5. Fees
Basic submission is free for now. Paid tiers (Sponsored Profile, Story Promotion, Newsletter Inclusion, Advertorials, Top Promotion) are billed through Stripe. Annual sponsorships are paid up-front and non-refundable in part; cancellation halts renewal at period end. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Platform, submit deceptive content, or fail payment. We will use commercial judgment and aim to give notice.
7. No warranty
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee publication, traffic, search ranking, or any specific business outcome.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Relevant Media Properties is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at fees you paid us in the prior twelve months.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
